At Next Page Studios, your satisfaction is our priority. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted for our website development services, such as website design and build, UI/UX design, CMS setup, e-commerce integration, performance optimization, and maintenance packages.
Refund Eligibility
- Within 7 days of your purchase: You may request a full refund, no questions asked.
- After 7 days: A non-refundable deposit of 30% of your payment applies. The remaining 70% may be refundable depending on the service deliverables and work completed to date.
(Inspired by a typical policy where early full refund is allowed and a partial deposit applies later ).
Request Process
To request a refund, email our Customer Support team at billing.nextpagestudios@gmail.com with:
- Your Name and Contact Info
- Invoice or Order Number
- Date of Purchase
- Reason for Refund Request Requests made after 24 hours will be assessed based on project progress and deliverables delivered.
Refund Method & Timeline
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used.
- Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. (Reflecting standard processing timelines like those in many SaaS policies.)
Exceptions & Non-refundable Cases
No refunds will be issued for:
- Services fully delivered and accepted by the client.
- Requests made more than 30 days post-delivery, regardless of the reason.
- Work started and partially completed beyond the 7-day cancellation window.
- Services rendered according to agreed specifications where client feedback or revisions are still pending.
Dispute Resolution
If you believe your refund request has been unfairly handled, please escalate by contacting our Support Manager at billing.nextpagestudios@gmail.com, who will review the case within 5 business days.
